Instructions:

- Enter the First and Last name of the team members

- Complete transaction and look for confirmation email

Waivers can be submitted electronically, digitally filled and submitted via email, or printed and brought to the Captain's meeting.

Either pay for your whole team or pay individually. Just make sure to include your name and your team name so we can track who has completed their registration and payment.
